GROUP STAYS IN THE LODGE

Our Self-Catered stays at Eastfield Lodge offer the ultimate freedom to eat, sleep and relax at your leisure. There are no fixed meal times. It’s just you, your family, friends or colleagues and if you want to lie-in until lunchtime, the decision is yours. You’ll have the use of the Lodge kitchen which is fully equipped and the place everyone ends up congregating in. Alternatively there’s a wide variety of places to eat within walking distance and catering for every palate and purse. Check out TouchStay, the Eastfield Lodge Digital Welcome App, to see details of local restaurants, cafes, pubs and bistros. The app also shows everything provided by us making it easier for you to plan what to bring. You can order in advance from a hamper of breakfast produce, fruit and vegetable box or maybe a bottle of Champagne if it’s a special occasion . . . . . or even if it’s not! (We’ll send you the link to this with your booking confirmation.) Get your group or family together, check the availability, give us a call or book online and we’ll do the rest. Happy Planning!

The Lodge has 8 large individual bedrooms, all ensuite and can be booked for up to 16 people. Bookings are Self-Catered, for Hosted stays please call or email. The booking system will only allow you to book a maximum of 16 guests, but camp beds or divan beds (ideal for children) can be added to the booking. Additional people can be added after making your booking. We have 4 superkingsize beds that can be split into singles, 3 kingsize beds and a standard double bed. One room can accommodate 4 single beds.

(Children under 3 years of age are free of charge)
Sorry no Hen or Stag parties are allowed.
Some of the bedrooms at the front of the Lodge have views across the Dales.
There is a minimum two night stay.
Dogs are welcome in the Lodge at £15 per dog per night by prior arrangement. They are not however permitted in the Dining Room, Kitchen or two of the Bedrooms (food hygiene and allergy reasons.) Thank you for your co-operation and understanding.

Payment Options – a 30% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and your balance 30 days prior to your stay. Payments can be made by BACS transfer or online using a credit or debit card.
